Any recommendations for online software to complete taxes on a single unit rental held in a partnership LLC?

Previously used to CPA, I don't know if the cost is worth it this year 😬🤷‍♂️

I've been wholesaling a bit in the Tacoma/Olympia area and would like to limit my T/E fees.  Can anyone recommend a group in the area that may be a good fit?

@Orion Hernandez passive income is cool, and don't get so caught up chasing it that you forget to make huge active income!

Note that your career may be funding a big part of this upfront.

@Kenny Manchester I had similar questions before buying into two separate OOS markets, and ultimately it came down to A) the specific deal I could get & B) WHO I was working with.

I liked Memphis, and I couldn't find a great team in the area. When we looked into KCMO we found a great group to help us source off market properties + management. 👆 That's been gold & we will build our portfolio in KCMO for that reason.

Our most recent deal is in a market that I wouldn't even suggest... & we just had a golden deal fall in our lap so we took it. 👏

For me, it's all about the people &/or deal.

I'm about to close on a SFR deal that will be my first partnership. We're planning to quitclaim the deed to an LLC, should we share 1 LLC, or each have separate & put two on title?

Thank you, CK
