Good day to all,

My name is Charlie Hebert from Richmond, Texas.  Currently I have zero experience in Real Estate and have become intrigued with some of the success stories and abundance of fantastic information I have come across here on BP which was the driving factor of me wanting to become a member here so I can learn and hopefully one day contribute.  Over the past 7 years  I have worked in the Energy Sector from the Rockies into the Offshore Markets in Corp Finance and Planning but have always had a strong desire and interest for real estate in flipping single/multi family housing and buying/holding rental properties.   Prior to Energy I picked up 5 years experience in Residential Construction, renovations, and pool building and believe these prior interests/experience can help with future en-devours in Real Estate.   My driving force right now would be my family (wife and two 2 1/2 yr old twins) which have made me realize that time moves by too fast for me to wait on the corporate ladder.  I wouldn't be moving from my day job anytime soon but am willing to put in the work, time and effort with a willingness to learn some new ropes to eventually free myself of Corp America.  Thanks all for who read and please feel free to comment.
