Hey Josh,

I tried Propstream for a little while and then ultimately ended up choosing Batch. I like the interface of Batch a lot.The only problem I’ve been having with it and Propstream as well is sometimes the skip tracing isn’t entirely accurate always. So I end up wasting credits sometimes.

Hello all, new to wholesaling and just looking to get some insight on to which platform people prefer for wholesaling. I was debating between Privy, Propstream, and Batchleads.

@Charlie Dagas, depending on how large your market is, there might be a wholesale brokerage/company that you could explore and join. They'll likely require you to hammer the phone all day prospecting for motivated property owners, but you'll experience the ins and outs of the industry. Further note: Be very mindful about paying for a wholesale course. Everything you need to know can be found online. Similar to real estate sales, wholesaling has a 90% failure rate. As I tell everyone who shows interest, if you pursue sales, you better be in it for the long run.

 Agree 100% with @Michael Dumler!

Wholesaling is a sales and marketing business, and Real Estate happens to be the product. Just like any other business out there, it takes time to build systems and processes that will bring consistency and profitability. By the way, this is not a no-money business. If you are in it for the long run, feel free to reach out!

I definitely plan on being in it for the long run David! I'd love to connect some time.

I had already paid for the course it was fairly priced, only $200. I definitely plan to be in it for the long run. I will look into a brokerage/company in my area.

Hello, I'm new to wholesaling and looking to get into the industry. I've taken an online course already and have a general basis of knowledge on how to wholesale but there's obviously still a lot to learn that comes with experience. I would love to work with people on some deals since I'm new to the field. I'm currently based out of NH but am willing to work anywhere.
