Thanks @Mark Gliebe!  Us moving down was a long time coming for sure.  Just felt called here and have absolutely fell in love with the place.  I don't have any projects down here, just testing the waters to see what makes sense and what doesn't.  Looking forward to catching up!

Thanks @Ryan Musto!!  It's definitely tougher down here for sure.  Case in point, I sold my finished, beautiful craftsmanship, home in VT to buy a fixer-upper, for the same money here in Franklin!  I'm pretty certain that I will have to travel a bit to find any decent deals but I'm not opposed to that.  Would love to chat and see how we could work together.

My name is Charlie Davenport and my family recently, about a year and a half ago, moved from VT to just south of Nashville. I did a bit of property management in VT and we also have our own rental units there. We currently have a 5 unit, 3 unit, 2 bedroom house and a 4 bedroom house, all located in Vermont. Looking to get into the market here in Middle Tennessee as I have always enjoyed real estate. Possibly looking at the BRRRR method but also not opposed to flipping either. Basically just testing the waters to see what is out there. I'm looking forward to gleaning and sharing as much information as possible.
