I'm actually in NE Ohio, but grew up in WNY and have a partner who I'm looking to team up with buying properties. While I have a good network of wholesalers in Ohio, I don't know any in WNY.. this could include Rochester area as well. Would love to connect with wholesalers in the area and get on mailing lists.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any good wholesaler email lists and/or companies in Charleston, SC and surrounding areas and Savannah, GA and surrounding areas. I'm actually outside of Cleveland but want to start investing in the south for either rentals or vacation properties. Also interested in duplexes, triplexes, etc. Any advice would be great.

Hi. My background is in digital media and doing lead generation. I'm curious about those of you who have put up websites for lead generation for people who are looking to sell their house fast.. which is one of the many variations of keywords I see being used. 

Do you have examples of the keywords you used successfully, website/landing pages etc? Even had anyone seen particular domains/urls that worked and didn't come off as scams. The last thing I want to do is look like a scam.
