!!!!you need to focus on other Parks with a lower lot rent!!!!

....looking only in Florida but this doesnt seem to exist. /// we are talking about SSI, not SS. Has to be on a bus line, fairly close to some sort of emergency.  Walking distance to food store. ///if not, in my scenerio it can be easily solved by sending a truck with food to my community twice a week.

I am asking again, does anybody else have something to share?

In my mind, these people needs some serious help. Not that they can figured out. But we have 100 people in this income.for some their kids will take care of them, some will go suicide right away. Some will make it "so so" but still, no matter what, they will stay on less then 200 USD a month.

I would like to figure out for them...( because its easily scalable ), and yes we are working with the set budget 733 usd a month a person.

With communities raising rents on yearly crazy prices, so it doesnt really matter if you own the mobile home or not, because you ll still pay 500 rent+el. /// yet somewhere 608 usd and you ll have to be 55+, thats a joke.

Anybody figured out how to help them?...and help each other?
I was thinking to buy this mobile home ( 5000,- /needs 2000,- or 3000,-/ lot rent 352,-/trash 13,-/water 75,-, taxes 25, I think no insurance, because seller was hesitating talking about it )

It has a tenant : The ordinary SSI payment in 2015, without any reductions for income or additions for a state supplement, is $733

For me to fix it up I would have to raise the rent. I was thinking 666. And leave the tenant on less then 100 dollars a month.

I am facing several problems and if anything, at least I would like to find somebody I can talk to about this.

55+ comunities?...can I buy a property there and rent it out?...I did not find a specific answer to that, place to place different, different rules, different rent etc.
Not everybody on 773,- is 55+. Do they get some help ( housing support) or I am missing something?

Does anybody has experience in this department ( this kind of tenants )

Thank You
