Hello All,

After months of searching and research on countless town's STR regulations and bylaws, I am relieved to share that I have just purchased my first Short Term Rental in Salem, MA. I close in about 1 month and was hoping to network with some current Airbnb/VRBO hosts in the Boston area and learn what has worked for them.
