@Emanuela Hall Do you mind sharing what you ended up doing. I'm in the exact same situation and trying figure out the next step. I found a bank that will do a HELOC but the rates are high (Of course, with today's rates). I'm also looking into doing a cash out refinance or just doing a standard loan on my next property.

I'm putting vinyl planks throughout one of my rentals. Has anyone used the same color planks for the entire house?? Is that weird?? I thought about maybe doing a different color in the bedrooms. Thoughts?
