I plan on purchasing my first poperties at the end of november..in the mean time I am trying to gain as much knowledge as possible to avoid problems and losses.I live in a northern suburb of detroit and was born and raised in the city in an area called conant gardens... I am very familiar with the various neighborhoods in all of Detroit... I know where all the gangs are the high drug areas and I know a lot of people native to many areas in Detroit... I know where money can be made and lost here in this city... I hope to be able to use this knowledge to help answer questions and shed a little light on the city... Detroit has some of the cheapest properties in the country but as everyone knows the multitude of the city is very troublesome and risky if u aren't acquainted with the individual areas and people who live and or operate in them..... and I will fill in as much of my profile info as I can thanks
