@Omni Casey great post, I was just able to share this with my 12 yr old daughter. That means a lot for her to look at this and be inspired. Thanks for this , I’m happy for you all. Congratulations!

@Matthew Irish-Jones thanks , yes currently working through a couple ideas, this is definitely the top option so far. I honestly don’t see me getting to it as quickly as I would need to.

@Milind Shastri thanks I believe that’s the plan we are leaning towards at this point.

Hi BP family,

New to flipping and investing. I recently came across an owner looking to sell. Long story short , one turned into a few properties. My question is, because of the condition that the other two properties are in, I think they’d be more beneficial to bulldoze and rebuild rather than a little rehab. My problem is, I don’t have the man power for this. What would be the best move for this. Should I get a larger team and try to rebuild or should I just hand it over to someone that can benefit with more resources?

@Chinyere Orie

Yes, I experienced the same thing. I did like google voice outside of that, but that just became too much of an issue so I had to get two and it’s worked out very well so far .

@Chris Reyes

I have to say , it’s the freedom and generational wealth for me. It’s also very satisfying watching something you spend your time and energy on come to fruition. I’m still green behind the ears a bit but I’m learning and applying.
