Although lis pendens data is public, software companies who pull such data provide different data points, do not necessarily pull day-to-day and may only pull weekly or twice a month - none of it is uniform and so the quality of the data is also not uniform. I was looking for suggestions of companies so if you have any useful information it would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the reply to my post. I have not yet researched the states that would make the most sense (time and return wise) to get involved but I am well capitalized and am interested in learning in the coming months. There are no specific states at this stage as I would first have my team do the research but thought others might have suggestions on sites and coaches as a starting point. 

No, do not want separate applications just looking at all options. I see there are many free options but I am interested in artificial intelligence capabilities which require a paid service at this stage. 

Hi Cody, thanks for the reply to my post. I would like to have a database and CRM that can be integrated and for the CRM I want to avoid not having all functionality that I should have in a CRM. A company recently pitched me their branded CRM which turned out to be High Level (https://www.gohighlevel.com/vg2) however, the reviews for High Level are not great so I am back to the drawing board. 

Looking for suggestions on the best companies to obtain pre-probate & probate leads as well as expireds. There are so many options I thought others could share their suggestions.
