I am sorry for all the typos I am working off a wireless keyboard that is malfunctioning.  I am not as uneducated as it seems..... What an introduction smh

'How is it going everybody,

  Im Charlie im 27 years old and for as long as I can remember I have wanted to be financially free,  I hate the idea of being ordinary and working for "the man" isn't really cutting it for me. 

  I grew up middle class but money was always an issue and I knew that when I got older I woulwas going to take care of my family and be financially independent.  fast forward I am now 27 years old union worker   making a decent salary but barley getting by.  most say I should be greatful that I have a job and that life isn't so bad   but I am living pay check to pay check renting a 1 br apartment in someone else's house.

my family (mother father and niece that they are raising) had to relocate from new York to Delaware, they are really the only family I have left and I do want to be around them, at the same time my job is in ny so I am stuck between a rock and a hardplace

  I recently came into a bunch of "life changing" money  and I don't know the first thing to do with it  money. Real estate and owning land has always been what I wanted to do.  so that is why I am here..  I feel like this is my one shot to be someone and do something great for myself and my family 

I hope that wasn't too long winded.  I hope to learn a lot   and meet some great ppl
