I've recently submitted an offer for a home in Twentynine Palms with a pool. While I await a response to my offer, I wanted to connect with fellow investors in the area and gather insights regarding the viability of running short-term rentals (STR) here. It appears that there's a growing interest among investors looking to capitalize on the area's potential, but I'm eager to hear more perspectives :)

Hey everyone! What's the latest buzz on investing in 29 Palms for STR? I talked to a real estate agent a few months ago and he mentioned it was a good idea to buy outside the city limits as they don't have nearly as many regulations as in 29 Palms proper.
