Post: Moving to Boca Raton FL soon

I am planning to move to Boca Raton area soon.

I would like to buy a 4 bedroom , 2 car garage home with swimming pool.

I am wondering how much property prices have appreciated in last 5 years.

Is it worth to wait for couple of years and hope to see market crash or just buy it now?

Thanks

Charles

Hello,

I am looking to buy vacation home in Orlando FL near Disney Land. The primary purpose is to earn vacation rental income and plus use the house for some days in a year. I researched about this and heard some mixed results in terms of cash flow. I am looking to buy either in Davenport FL or Kissimmee FL.

Let me know any experiences on vacation rentals in Disney area.

1) Which area to buy in?

2)Which property management company to use?

3)Is this worth the hassles?'

Thanks

Charlie
