I have four rental properties. We were wondering if getting a equity line of credit on rental property is possible and what are some good places to look into and rates.

Appears we are leaning to re- renting the property. We will be increasing the rent .

We looking at various investments. We currently rent it for $700.00 family member and it could easily rent for $1200 .00 we would like to get more property . It’s kinda far from where live currently . Trying to get houses closer to area where we live

We have rental that we have been renting for over seven years and she’s moving to a senior complex. We have a discussion to make

A-Rent the house at almost double what we have been charging

B sell the house and receive almost 80000 capital gain and re invest in more rental properties. How long can you wait to re invest money

C house will be re done and re invest about 7000

D house is paid for

Open for options

Just recently bought a rental property on land contract and have people renting they have said they will pay the rent but keep getting excuses . They are currently nine days late. They seem nice but the red flag is going up. What are my options. There old lease expires in November . The old lease agreement says 10 days need some input
I just recently purchased a house that I’m going to use as rental property. This is my first one and have some questions. 1. How much should you charge for security. 2. Where can you get credit scores and rental background checks from and is there a fee ? 3 What is the going rate for two bedroom house. No a/c and no garage. Big backyard Thanks for the help !
