I manage Airbnbs here in Columbus for many investors, we help investors fill vacancy with more profitable short term rentals. You gotta check out this girl we met with last week in columbus. she was employee #30 at airbnb and the #3 one in columbus. i'm sure you'd get a lot of value out of it. all she does is airbnbs and has a pretty reputable one in OTE
