Thanks.

I went through the course. Did not take coaching because it's expensive and I did not feel like I needed it as I have the mindset.

Course is well structured. It's pretty much what he explains in his book (free) but with a little more info + he talks about the mindset to have in this business. For somebody who is new, it's good. But you are able to get the same information in books etc. Online course is not cheap too, but it's the price of a college class. You get more value out of it than college in general^^

I had 2 free tickets for his event in Florida. I went there mostly for networking. You'll get again the same information + some motivational/coaching between MF investment topic. The price of his bootcamp is not expensive and I found it good for people new in this business. You'll be pushed to talk to people, which is good at the end.

His team is very responsive and helpful.

Thanks @Brandon Turner and @Scott Trench for asking my question!

Very informative episode again.

Browsing Rod Khleif's website and looking at the prices @Charles H. posted it seems there is a lot of overlap between Brad and Rod's programs.  Has anyone ever been to events of both Rod and Brad?  I'm wondering which one of these or any other MF coaches is more stuff and less fluff :-)

I went to one of Rod's Event, actually was his first he did. I had a ticket since it was part of the program. Was solid if you have never done any research in MF investing. He had a few guests like Kevin Bupp and Spencer (he posts a lot on BP). I liked how he pushed people to meet and talk between each other. I have never been to a Tony Robbins event (and no big interest tbh) but it seems Rod used some of the ideas that he placed between MF investing topics to keep people motivated. I think it was good for the people who needs the motivation. I still think coaches are very very expensive though but i guess it works for some people.

Normally yes. I am registered on their website. But I thought I had shared the direct link to avoid registering...

Nevertheless, registering on M&M still is good to have weekly deals from them.

I have read half their study so far and it was pretty interesting. Worth registering.

One study was about the yield/appreciation per city.

Hello all,

just thought I could share this report here. It gives some insights for many many markets in the USA.

The report is from Marcus & Millichap.

Was very good overall. A good introduction to multifamily investing with some motivational content between major topics (Tony Robbins style).

It's solid for people in discovery mode who need some education in the business.

He also pushed us to meet as many people as we could which was nice and which is a key to this success.

Got to meet and talk to Rod, Sterling White (active BP blogger/investor) and Kevin Bupp (best mobile-home park podcast!).

Yeah I was thinking about this price range, maybe even $250k. But your estimate matches what the original paid back in 2016... Not sure how was the state of the property at that time, but I would assume the same... I am still waiting/poking the broker for numbers but no answer. Will update whenever I get actuals, etc...
