Hello everyone. I am trying to absorb and learn as much as physically possible. One if the things im struggling to get the best information for is truly understanding the market and being able to know if something is truly a good deal. What would you guys recommend I do to learn everything I can? Any books, videos, websites, etc would be great. Thanks!

@Jaycee Greene hey Jaycee, SFR and 2-4 MF is what im looking fir and definitely some fixer upper types. I come from the construction business so I have a lot of skills and connections that would allow me to get renovations completed for a significantly lower price than hiring contractors. I'm looking for something in the 100k or less range to start out with around a 20 thousand dollar down payment. Still trying to learn and understand the market to find good deals.

Hello everyone. Today I have decided to begin my journey to be a successful real estate investor. I have been interested for years and finally am deciding to take the first step. If anyone out there is willing to help me learn, provide some guidance, or really anything at all I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and I look forward to absorbing all of the information I possibly can.
