Hello Steve,

There are many reasons for the UK to perform well for you. Lately the weakening pound gives you a significant currency advantage too. What information or help are you looking for in particular?

It is very possible to source property and make money.

Find a local property meet and discuss what local people are looking for/will pay for.

Start learning your patch. What's a deal and whats not there?

When you find a deal, if you have no one locally to buy it, send me the details i'll take a look.

Happy hunting!

Good morning Lewis.

What time do you have available to make your success happen in Property? Do you have any starting capital?

What, from what you learned 11 months ago, do you see being your best route forward for success?

Not a problem at all, I've been away in France for a week.

How much capital are you looking to use and what return over what time frame are you looking to gain?

You are right without being n the UK sourcing deals for profit would be rather hard.

Hello Abel,

Sorry for the delayed response I've spent a week in France on the south coast. If it is of use and you still have questions it may be easier to meet in person and discuss everything?

Hello Abel,

What are you looking for them to do for you? The function you require would make the difference on any potential referral.

If you have limited starting capital you will have to look for a JV partner or angel investor if you can not do a smaller deal and work towards the deals you are being shown. The other route would be to tackle a bit of the sourcing and packaging and sell deals till you have sufficient funds to buy. What amount of capital are you starting with?

I agree the UK is a great place to make handsome returns. I've been investing for over a dozen years and have plenty of contacts for a variety of services. What are you missing or what are you looking to learn more about?

Hello Nick,

I'm in the UK. What sort of information/insight are you looking for?

The currency situation makes the UK more interesting for investment currently if nothing else.

I'll help you if I can.

Kind regards,

Charles

Hello Matthew.

Congratulations on making a great decision!

Find a local investor meet. speaking to like minded investors as well as industry experts is invaluable. (And less sales pitch!)

Try and work out exactly what you want from the investment and what amount of time you want to spend on it. There are deals that you can spend a lot of time finding yourself that may suit you better or you may want to use the help of others and save a lot of time and effort.

There are a lot of ways to make money in property. The most important thing is to find what suits your needs most.

Now for the tricky bit, making it happen!

Good luck and feel free to ask me anything you like, if i can help i will.
