You are right without being n the UK sourcing deals for profit would be rather hard.

What are you looking for them to do for you? The function you require would make the difference on any potential referral.

If you have limited starting capital you will have to look for a JV partner or angel investor if you can not do a smaller deal and work towards the deals you are being shown. The other route would be to tackle a bit of the sourcing and packaging and sell deals till you have sufficient funds to buy. What amount of capital are you starting with?

I agree the UK is a great place to make handsome returns. I've been investing for over a dozen years and have plenty of contacts for a variety of services. What are you missing or what are you looking to learn more about?

Congratulations on making a great decision!

Find a local investor meet. speaking to like minded investors as well as industry experts is invaluable. (And less sales pitch!)

Try and work out exactly what you want from the investment and what amount of time you want to spend on it. There are deals that you can spend a lot of time finding yourself that may suit you better or you may want to use the help of others and save a lot of time and effort.

There are a lot of ways to make money in property. The most important thing is to find what suits your needs most.

Now for the tricky bit, making it happen!
