Hello everyone, my name is Charles Cinco and I'm fairly new to the world of real estate, but I am thankful and glad that I have my cousin (also Charles) running with me on this journey!

Our drive is towards wholesaling and investing in flips and long-term rentals! In the last 4 months of learning with TaxLien Code and WealthCon (Ryan Pineda) , we are one step closer to purchasing our first property; any valuable advice is always welcome! (The more tips and tricks, the better!)

As far as what I do, I am a funding specialist and work closely with real estate investors to raise capital tax-free by using a specially designed holding account that grows your money between 5%-10% of interest and when it is time for you to pull the trigger on the next property purchase, you will enjoy a much lower lending rate of 3.5% - 4.5% on time for their next property.

I've been doing this for 9 years and have worked closely with real estate investors for the last 4 and a half.

About my future goals, I am interested in partnerships with other investors within the local area (Bay Area). Still, I don't close the door for other investors within the Midwest (Alabama, Tennessee, and Kansas).

If what I do serves any interest to you and could use a much lower lending rate, I'd love to share time and learn from each other (as I said, I want to learn more about real estate) and see how we can both help serve each other's bottom line.

Let's connect!
