I am looking to connect and network with investors in the Montgomery Al area. I am still fairly new to real estate and wanting to expand.

@Steve Morris thank you for replaying to my post. I don’t think you fully understood what I was inquiring about though. My question was to know what would be a good approach to the seller when trying to wholesale not only this property but any other property as well.

@Jonathan Greene thank you for replying To my post. I see what you are saying about FSBO properties. I am new at real estate investing so I am trying to get my feet wet. But why would I rule out a FSBO? I mean if I can get the property at the right price and profit margins are where I would like wouldn't it still satisfy all parties? Are all investors only looking for properties to do a rehab on? If an investor is looking for rental properties and the properties is ready to go and meets their profit margin then what would deter them away? Like I said I am new to real estate investing so I'm still in the learning phases.

@Brenden Mitchum thank you for replying. Yes, I went and spoke with the current home owners and just asked some general questions on how long they have been living there. There reason for wanting to sell the property etc... My main intentions was to have a face to face conversation to understand what there reason behind selling the property was. I think it went well. I plan to make them an offer once I get a chance to run the numbers.

Hello,

I think I have a potential wholesale deal that I am going to look at tomorrow (August 23,2020). It will be my first time attempting to wholesale. The property I am going to look at is a fsbo deal. What are some good questions to ask the home owner so I can determine if it will be a good deal?
