Hello guys ! I’m new trying to get my first deal. I have 15000 save just started my llc company. I was doin party promotion so I have no job history. Too many bad concerts had me looking for better investments. My credit is 650 n I’m get that worked on now. Any next step your think I can take ? Thanks in advance

I am currently new to the real estate game. I have no experience. But have did my research. I have 10,000 saved from off the book jobs doin security. Is there any hard money companies I can use for first time with only 10,000? Thanks in advance
