-Garage door molding on the right side is missing..

- Basement door has scratches

- Missing tile by the basement door " never seen it"

- Crawl Space in house may no haveen inspected and defects are unknown..???

I rented a single home as of June 1st a one year lease.

Today June 8th, she sent me two pages of things that needs to be fixed.

Some things I can fix, but some things are unbelievable. I thing she is preparing her self not to pay the rent.

- Can I break the lease give her 1 60 days, and ask her to move out

She is asking me to sign the list. should I ?.

Hello:

some one stole the copper pipes from a house that I own. They even took the water meter.

Now I have a copper pipe sticking out of the ground , has water in the pipe, I cant solder a coper pipe to it, can I use Plex to connect the water meter.

Please , any Ideas?
Would the city charge me for a new water meter.
