I'm struggling to find a group of Short-Term Rental Investors where we all discuss numbers and such. I understand that there is a level of transparency that must be maintained for the security purposes, and this forum is a great resource , but I'm looking for something real-time.

Is there anybody that could advocate for the investability in the Asheville market?

I'm currently looking for a 2/2, if you run an STR in Asheville could you speak on the relative profitability for a 2/2 or any other property types.
