There are still a ton of vacant and unfinished condos in rocky point. I don’t have any statistics for you but I can tell you the demand is slowly growing but the supply is plentiful and condos on the market tend to stay on the market for months.

Hi

I’m a general contractor and flipper in Tucson AZ and my wife and I are looking at a potential deal in the tijeras New Mexico area. I don’t have any local Albuquerque contacts so I’m reaching out for general contractor referrals that could help me. I’d like to find someone experienced with making projects “economical” while maintaining integrity and quality of work. Thanks in advance.

Okay my email is charlieATrubiconhomesDOTcom
I'm a general contractor in tucson and have been thinking about developing some turn key rentals or maybe some (more) spec homes. If you guys want to pursue some options like that, contact me. I can also facilitate commercial development.

What mark Jones is saying is also a good idea. Nothing against code in having a non working softener installed.

Don't do that. Having the copper pipes there, ready for a working softener install, is valuable to the next owner.

well the best thing I've found is to keep a "real" job that shows good steady income. This will allow you to get multiple mortgages. If you accumulate only airbnb properties you might hit a roadblock because of the debt not creating any income. Essentially they tell us that, " yes it made $2k last month but since there is no signed lease nobody knows what it'll do in the future". Once they have seasoned a bit things might change but ours is 6months old and banks don't really like using it as viable income.
