There are still a ton of vacant and unfinished condos in rocky point. I don’t have any statistics for you but I can tell you the demand is slowly growing but the supply is plentiful and condos on the market tend to stay on the market for months.

I’m a general contractor and flipper in Tucson AZ and my wife and I are looking at a potential deal in the tijeras New Mexico area. I don’t have any local Albuquerque contacts so I’m reaching out for general contractor referrals that could help me. Don't do that. Having the copper pipes there, ready for a working softener install, is valuable to the next owner.

well the best thing I've found is to keep a "real" job that shows good steady income. This will allow you to get multiple mortgages. If you accumulate only airbnb properties you might hit a roadblock because of the debt not creating any income. Essentially they tell us that, " yes it made $2k last month but since there is no signed lease nobody knows what it'll do in the future". Once they have seasoned a bit things might change but ours is 6months old and banks don't really like using it as viable income.
