wow what  a beautiful home! You did a wonderful job.  I'm encouraged. I'm in New Haven CT i will soon be looking for a duplex triplex or four plexes for owner occupancy.  It's a little scary but now is the time!  Thanks for sharing

hey guys will FHA approve a loan if your credit isn't that great found a fourplex needs some rehab I would owner occupy and rent the other 3 units

 That's my plan exactly but will I be able to buy a quad with me being a first time home owner I live in CT
