We are looking to buy kitchen cabinets wholesale but are having a difficult time. Companies just don't get back to you. We are an LLC and I am going to apply for a contractor license for my husband today. He will be doing most if not all, of the work so I can't see paying retail for anything. my properties are, my home that we just bought so waiting on appraisal to see if we have any equity and another property that is my business. So they are not income producing properties.  

I've been searching the BP site for private money lenders but they all seem to have very large minimum amounts. I'd like to connect with a legit lender who can help me do single flips. I do have some available cash and great credit.  I can't use conventional loans because we are maxed out with 2 properties.
