Thanks Jushua. I'd read that article as well as a few others. I'm trying to find out what MySmartMove includes in the report. I wasn't able to find a clear answer on the forums on what BP My Smart Move tenant screening report includes. It will be great if there is a sample report to see.

George, if possible, would you please ask your wife what is in the report? Are there previous tenant history with move in/out dates, debts, collections, lease violations, landlord information, eviction information, employment information, etc? If not, it's ok too. Can you tell me what's on the report? Credit scores, criminal report, rental history with dates, eviction reports, employer information......? I looked through their website, but I can't find any report samples.

Or which service are people using to conduct credit/background checks?
