@Mark Sewell yes that too works as well as long as he is cashflowing.

@Sameer Kh you can rent the property using a lease option strategy (rent to own) and charge higher then market rent plus you don't have to worry about the maintenance as much because the tenant/buyer is in with the minset of an owner, and the move in costs are non refundable so you can get your fixing up expenses upfront.

Would I still approve for FHA even if I have done few wholesale deals, or it doesn't matter and it has to be actually buying a property to lose the ability to use FHA?

@Blake Bryant Dior I would say if it's a good deal and the numbers make sense, then you can do it because the hard part is to get the deal.

And you can still wholesale houses either ways.
