Thanks Guys.

@Brandon Hall, would love to definitely chat if you got some time to explore.  I am talking to a few CPA's and I am trying to find someone who I can work  with in the long term. I know its the holiday season so not sure how your schedule is looking. I will shoot you an email later this week to connect if that works.

Hi BP Community -

As i  started investing in Real estate this year clearly taxes will become a bit more complicated with a lot of the other investments I am apart of. I am looking for a solid accountant in the Massachusetts area ideally in Boston. If any of you have any recommendations of smart accountants please share the details.

Thanks,

Charbel

Hi BP community,

I am a relatively new investor, I am reaching out because my partner and I are looking for a super smart experience CPA to help us and join our team. We have decided to start a fund/investment company and we are looking for a smart CPA who would be interested in joining our team. Any recommendations of CPA's in the area would be greatly appreciate.

Thanks for the help!

-Charbel

HI all Thanks for the great recommendations. @Brandon Turner  I have definitely checked out the beginners guide and its great. I am also in the process of catching up on the podcasts as they are really helpful especially hearing from fellow investors and learning from what they have done and experienced in the past. @Shaun Reilly Thanks for the advice, I am definitely looking for some meet ups and to get involved in the community here in Boston. It is great to hear that we have an active community on here. I will also start setting up some Keyword Alerts to hopefully keep up with what is going on. Any recommendations on keywords you have seen work best? @Paul Timmins

Thanks guys! I look forward to interacting with any of you. The property I purchased is in South Yarmouth less then a mile from the water and local attractions. In 2015 I am hoping on getting this home up and running and purchasing my second home around Boston as well as meeting some great people who share the same passion for real estate.

Hi BP Community,

I was not too long ago recommended to start using this site from a colleague of mine who spoke highly of it. After a few months of lurking I finally decided to open an account.

I wanted to quickly introduce myself to the community as I am hoping to becoming a pretty active user of the site.

I currently reside in Brighton, MA but most of the time I am traveling across the United States for work. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst in 2010 with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management. After college I joined a Management consulting firm that has allowed me to develop great skills and travel across the world.

I have always been really interested in Real Estate and I am in the process of obtaining my RE license on the side. I recently closed my first deal on a multifamily property on Cape Cod.  The process was very long due to contingencies and negotiations but I feel  like I have learned a lot and I continue to  learn more in the process. I am also in the process of doing some rehab work on the home so getting more and more familiar with working with GCs and doing some of the work myself.

I am really looking forward to getting to know all of you, exchange some great ideas, learn from the community, share my own experience and possibly work/partner with some of you in the future on some deals. I would also love to do some networking in the Greater Boston and Cape Cod area and attend meetups with fellow motivated individuals.

Thanks for your time!

Charlie
