The property was under sale contract. Tenant used such a deposit and did not vacate at end of lease period and some additional time. Need to re-list for sale after he vacates or evicted whichever is sooner.

He made an unauthorized deposit and did not even inform me. Came to know later later and Since then I have closed the account.
