Florida code requires an audible alarm to be installed on doors that open to a pool area. The purpose is to alert an adult if a child walks out to a pool unattended. These alarms typically have a "bypass" button that allows the door to be opened for 7 seconds before the alarm goes off. I have tried a couple of different brands but haven't come up with anything that really works well. Any Florida STR owners come up with anything that they like? Thanks.
