Hi! I just passed my real estate exam in California and I need some help choosing a brokerage. My primary focus is to invest and deal my own properties so minimum commission split is better. But I am also completely new and have never closed a deal on my own so some leads and hands on support for the first few deals would be ideal. It would also be nice to have this as an extra side income in the long term. I guess what I am looking for is a brokerage that charges minimum amount of monthly fees and reasonable amount of commission split but still offers great mentoring and support especially at the beginning. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! I am closing a house in Tulsa, OK. I was wondering if anyone has recommendations on what inspection company to use that is very thorough? The house also had foundation repairs so will also need a structural engineer to take a closer look at the quality of the repairs. Thank you so much!
