I would offer 112,000 cash borrowed money then put it back on the market. Or least option it for 118,000 for 5 yeras till i find a buyer.

Hello everyone! I have a seller who cant afford the house anymore her loan amount is 107,000 house is worth about 150,000 she is asking 140,000. Which is way to much for a deal. but she is motivated because she is trying to get rid of the house quickly.What should i do
