Hello all. I am a newbie in this Real Estate world. At this time I am taking in all of the information I can possibly retain to get me going at LEAST with a Sturdy foundation of Knowledge in the area. I am learning that Real-Estate consists of a MANY different aspects that are ALL so essential to the business, which almost makes it imposibble to be that One-Man-Band that so many of us feel we need to be. I feel that if I can’t have my “hands ON“ every aspect of the business, I can’t at least have ample amt of knowledge in every area possible so that I can stay (Knowledgeably Aware) IN Every Aspect of My Business.. I have been reading a few books on Business and Real Estate lately.... The Personal knowledge and Growth that I am acquiring and recognizing along this journey just within this short period of time has become almost an addiction.. So how about a Book Club?? On the podcasts, the guests are providing us with plenty of books to choose from. I think it would be an Awesome idea to start kind of a “Book Club Blog” here. I do not know where to begin but I’d be elated to help orchestrate something like this if others are interested.
