Hey everyone, I’m new to Real estate. Was looking to start my real estate investing using a traditional house hack. With using a 203k loan, shouldn’t that allow me to keep a good portion of my cash reserves since the rehab work will be getting rolled into the mortgage instead of upfront payment? And do all lenders have the 203k loan option?
