Hi guys and gals, I'm kind of new to investing and I have kind of a unique situation. So I have currently 2 mortgages in my name one (fha my current residence) and another conventional loan. My first property i purchased over 2 years ago I used an FHA 203K loan that I have since refinanced that property and put it in a conventional loan. I have since used an FHA loan again after a uear of my first loan and refinance and purchased another property using FHA financing. I want to know if I can use another FHA 203K loan to do another purchase
