What's the best practice for allocation of late fees on late rent? Should the property manager pass the entire fee on to the property owner? Thanks!

What are market rates for professionally staging a vacant or model home in Idaho in the Treasure Valley area? How much could I expect to pay for a one of the more reputable companies? Please share what type of contract terms you've come across as well. There seems to be quite a bit of variation. Thanks!
