Hey Everybody, I have watched the 90 Day Challenge webinar and decided today I will push myself to buying a foreclosure home in Milwaukee, WI by June 6th. As of now I am reading a few books on foreclose homes. My first read is Foreclosure Investing for Dummies. I have a few homes I have been looking at in the 53206 zip code. Anyone who is familiar with that marketing area. That do not mind linking up with a rookie and sharing information about were I can find a lead on getting one of these properties? Even just answering a few questions to help me set sail on my real estate adventure will be truly appreciate.

Hey Everybody, Has anyone taken the broker license course through http://www.illinoisrealtors.org/education/ or https://www.realestateexpress.com/real-estate-license/illinois/. My work schedule is super crazy. I work split shifts and online is the best option for me. Is it better to go sit in a classroom and learn the old fashion? I am open to any feedback.d

Hello everyone, My name is Chanda and I’m from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am currently residing in Rockford, Illinois. My goal is to own rental properties throughout Milwaukee and Rockford. Hopefully opening a management business once I have enough profit to pay people decent wages. My great grandma inspired me to be a landlord because she use to take her great grandkids on her daily runs around Elkton, Kentucky. Maybe to show us off to her tenants or to give us an ideal what she did for a living. As of now I am currently going through the state to get my Broker license and notary license. As far as a school book and watching my great grandma work her magic. That is all the knowledge I know about real estate. That bring me to the reason why I have decided to be a member of the BiggerPockets. My cousin came by yesterday and we had a great conversation about different type of real estate. He recommended to download this app and start picking other people brains and getting tips from this great community.
