Hi its me again. Im really not looking to move out of my current home. I just figured it was possibly a way to get a property as my primary residence to so I would nt have to put as much dwn on my first property being that it wouldn't appear as an investment property and I also thought that the tax percentage would be lower if I did that. Im guessing that could possibly be illegal if I wasn't actually liveing there? maybe I could live there for a few months then rent it out?

Thanks!  Its me and my old lady and daughter that live here, dont plan on moving from here.So what would you recommend?Buying one at a discount to rehab and flip or buying a duplex and renting both sides out or maybe both? I want to create some passive income so I don't have to work as much on my regular job so I can have more time to invest in realestate.do you thing its to much to try to do both when im just starting???

The house I live is paid for and im in the process of opening a line of credit on it and use that as capital to invest. my plans are to get a bank loan for maybe a duplex or multi family unit as my primary residence and rent them out.any got any input on how I should go about this or any different ideas?
