What's up BP family, and good Friday to everyone who is able to see this also blessing to you all also. My question is what actions do I need to take, so that I can raise my credit score up 100 points. One other question if possible any leads on great credit repair services you used or know of they work history.

Hello BP family I'm just getting started how important is a solid foundation an what are ur tips on building a solid foundation for the long run? Also how do I keep my property rented out an how long did it take you to fill your unit with a tenant with  your first buy? An is section 8 a good choice ?

Great advice now I have more research to do 

Im also trying start my llc as a real-estate investor so what type of llc am i staring? Also  is it better to do lease options or regular rentals explain   the dynamics an how it works

I work at a gas station right now but everyday I wake up I know my potential is not being used to its fullest potential I want to start small an grow big I want to purchase one home starting out but credit is bad an money is low what am I looking for in buying that first property how do I find the best homes that need little money so should I go tennet occupied like town homes first or buy abandoned homes wich rout to go?
