Financially I am prepared, where I lack is knowing the particular laws and regulations around Kansas City and with just getting started my network is nonexistent minus the few people I have conversed with on here. Right now I have basically just been in a learning phase and as of recently I have just been searching for properties looking for that motivated seller to make my first deal. 

Just wanting to say hello and see if their are any meetups happening around Kansas City soon. I am a student at the University of Missouri studying Chemical Engineering but I am obviously here because I have a passion when it comes to real estate. Right now I am mainly looking to start wholesaling to get my foot in the door, learn more, oh and learn even more! I am excited to start and have no speck of quit in me. I am ready to put in the time and effort to succeed. Just hoping to make a few connections on BP and get headed in the right direction!
