My wife and I live in Lincoln Square, but will be moving in March when our lease is up. Hopefully will be able to buy something around that time to live in and then rent.

Hi there! My name is Chad I'm from Chicago - originally from Cleveland, OH until a couple years ago. My day job is making emails, and in my free time I work on a couple niche affilaite websites that I own. I always listened to podcasts and decided to check out real estate podcasts while trying to think of how to diversify my income streams.

I'd like to share a lot more if there is an area to do so, and discuss numbers and goals, but didn't want to here if it's just meant for basic introductions. Excited to learn more!
