20 years old living in Panama City, Florida. I am trying to get my first rental property. The home cost is going to be around 100,000 and I was going to get a loan and put 20% down. What expenses should I generally expect ? Also any tips or advice will also be helpful.

Awesome! thank you, everyone.

I would love to get together with anyone and maybe get some hands-on experience.

My name is Chad Prescott, I'm 19 and I live in Panama City, Fl. Real estate investing is something that has always caught my attention but I don't even know where to begin. I'm currently studying Business Administration and plan to get a bachelors. I'm really trying to get into real estate as well. I have absolutely zero experience, but I do have determination and I am very hard working. I’m trying to build knowledge and experience and to hopefully make a wholesaling deal in the future, then move onto rentals and double closures and so forth. If anyone has any tips for a beginner please feel free to comment . Thanks.
