Thanks for the welcoming everyone.

Being from the eastside of Seattle, I am initially looking for investment properties in the greater Seattle area... although my initial search hasn't come close to finding anything. I am originally from Northwest Ohio so I am also looking there and in the Southeast Michigan area.

Hello Everyone. My name is Chad and I am a very novice and inexperienced real estate investor in the Seattle, WA area (Kirkland to be specific). I am just starting out in the real estate investing world which is what has led me to Bigger Pockets. I am looking to learn a lot from this site and hopefully meet some people who can help me learn as well. I am interested in buying rental properties and hope to have a 2 to 4 unit property purchased in the next 5 months. I'm looking forward to the journey and learning from Bigger Pockets.
