I currently have 9 units and have been using an Excel spreadsheet I created for the past 8 years. I don’t think I’m at the point where a book keeper would make financial sense, but looking at finding a program that could streamline everything. What’s the best software for the money?

@Shiloh Lundahl I think you guys are right and I should be loaning the money out. The easy answer would be to just pay off the loan, but maybe I should look into private lending a bit more.

Should I pay off a $25,000, 4.5% loan or put the money towards a $75,000, 5.5% loan. I don’t have the time to buy another property at this time and am focusing more on paying down mortgages.
