@Jeremy Pace Thanks for reaching out!  I've been skimming through the forums as today is my second day on this site, however I do have a specific question.  I've always wanted to get into commercial lending so I can build a foundation to acquire a position in capital markets, but don't have the exact training.  Do you know of any credit analysis training that is somewhat affordable?  I've tried reaching out to some training institutions but their prices are outrageous (companies mainly pay for training).  Also, is there a commercial part of the site?  From my findings, I've come across a lot of residential discussion.

Thank you!!

Hello all!

I am a new member here and I'm looking to gain knowledge on credit analysis for commercial lending.  I'd like to network with any individuals who structure commercial deals or those that work within a financing role.
