Post: Master lease option

Hello everyone,

I am interested in an apartment complex that is 28 units and only has 2 vacant units. I want to do a master lease option because I don’t have the funds to purchase it or put 20% down.

I’m just looking for some advice on doing this and good ways to make it happen.

@John Jenkins

How long have you been investing? And ya tell me about it, the market is supposed to keep going up so I want to get in before it’s too late or everything is overpriced.

Hey everyone,

I am looking for someone or someone’s to partner with to do fix and flips and buy multi family homes that need a little bit of work and hold them for 5 to 10 years in the Colorado Springs area.

I currently don’t have much capital to do this on my own, but I have time to find deals, see the properties in person, manage the rentals and repairs, and do some repairs myself to save money.

I would like to make an LLC partnership and have everything ran through it so it's all official. Anyone interested or have any questions just let me know.

Thanks!

Hello everyone!

My name is Chad I am a father two kids a boy and girl and am active duty Army stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs. I am new to real estate investing trying to build my capital and my portfolio.

I have helped friends and family members fix and flip homes and now I want to get into myself. I know how to do a lot of the repairs myself and am very motivated to begin.

I also want to start wholesaling around this area to gain capital so I can afford to fix and flip homes and eventually start getting long term rentals. I have been finding a lot of good deals for fixer uppers around here to make a good profit, but can’t do it myself yet.

I own a house now where I live and I am interested in a triplex for sale that has renters in one unit, which would cover my mortgage and some. Is it possible to buy the home and make one of the units my primary residence even if I don’t live in it so I don’t have to put 20% down and then rent the other two out for now?
