Two questions... I want to sign up for the Pro membership does anyone have the discount code? In addition to that question. I am almost finished with my first book of Brandon's and my uncle has offer me the deal of a lifetime. I have ran the numbers and everything pans out with positive cash flow. My question would be how do I prepare for a bank loan if he is selling me a four plex and a duplex? Can I get a loan just for them both as one  or do I need to prepared them as separate?  This would be my first real estate investment.  Thank you in advance for helping me on this topic.

@Patti Robertson & @Cameron Tope Thank you both for answering my question. My short term goal is to house hack to get my first property. I then want to use the stack method and double the property purchase every year until I reach 60 units, which will allow me to be in a position of financial freedom.

My goal is to house hack a duplex no later than October of this year as my first rental property purchase. My question is, should I start an LLC before making that purchase. I am in the process of reading Brandon's books. So forgive me if this question is answered in the books. I wanted to ask everyone why it was on my mind.
