Hi @Andrew Schwartz, we are on the same page!  My fiance has two buy and holds in Indiana and we are focusing on New Jersey only for fix & flip opportunities to fun more buy and holds out of state.  You should certainly give Indiana a look. Property costs are low, taxes are low and the laws are strong in favor of the landlord. 

I would love any advice on flips in the area and introductions. If you decide to look into Indiana, I would be happy to give you the name of our Property Management company!

Hi BP crew!  My Fiance and I have been learning as much as we can about Real Estate Investing over the past year and are ready to invest in New Jersey.  He has already started in other states and I am looking to start here in Monmouth County.  I am looking forward to learning from the pros here on BP and becoming a pro myself one day.
